Still Receiving Messages Whilst 'Unavailable'

I am experience an issue with the 'unavailable' option. I am currently abroad so cannot take orders so set up when I would be unavailable. Fiverr says people won't be able to message or place orders during this time. Yet I consistently receive messages. This also happened the previous time I was unavailable. I am worried that due to this people may also place orders which I would not be able to fulfil.

 

I do not have the box checked that allows new buyers to contact me, yet they are able to. 

 

It just makes this difficult as I don't want to ignore people or have my response time reduce but I don't think I should be receiving this messages anyway.

 

Has anyone else had this issue?

Yes the same thing happened to me a month or so ago. I was using the mobile app, and set up my unavailable there. I realized after a few hours, it didn’t take and I ended up redoing from a computer and that seemed to do the trick. People who had contacted me before obviously still could reach me, but no new Buyers.
