celticmoon Posted June 9, 2014 Share Posted June 9, 2014 I’ve never seen the answer to this question in the various articles posted by customer support. Because of issues with hacked accounts leading to stolen funds, I suppose it’s not something you can do (i.e. withdraw funds to another person’s account) easily. You probably need to file a report with customer support to find out if this is possible.If it’s a matter of paying someone money online, if you both have Paypal accounts you can pay him/her that way.
