How to verify my ID?

Hi, Fiverr asks me to verify my ID. I try to verify it, but it stucks on step 1 of 2. Next button is disabled, camera icon is not clickable. And I can't capture or upload image of my ID. What should I do?

Try another browser, or try with Pc or laptop, it happened to me once but it was verification button, and likely as yours ''unclickable'' accourded

Laptop redirects to mobile by sending link.
