Fiverr Mobile Application Issues!

Once I logged in an old fiverr account on my smartphone that was a long time ago but I don't use that account now also that was not my own account actually and that account is no more. But now I use my own Fiverr account and I want to log in that account on my smartphone. So can I sign in to my new fiverr account on my smartphone if I do that 
is it against the fiverr rules (TOS)?

And If I reset my phone then can I sign in to the new account?

This is not against the rules, you can safely log out of your account: after logging into the app, click on the lower right button - settings - log out. and the phone does not need to be rebooted 🙂
