Ratings turned to N/A

My ratings have turned N/A however I've recently completed 3 orders , but sad part is none of them have rated my work they have accepted the deliveries but are not rating even I requested them to rate !!
They are not much interested in rating as there work has been done !!

What can I do now as it will affect my profile and my level will drop again .

no, it's not affecting your profile and you can not force them to give review and rating
