Did the buyer place an order?

If not, there's nothing for you to do. He could have messaged tens of sellers and hired someone else.

And if the buyer is from Ukraine, he's got more pressing matters to attend to.

There are two main reasons for buyer goes offline.

1. When a buyer came to Fiverr, he/she knocks and sends the same job requirements to multiple sellers at the same time who works in the same category. After that which seller responds fast and is able to assure the buyer about doing his job perfectly, then the buyer order the seller and goes offline.
2. The buyer can be busy with his office work, homework, vacation, treatment etc.
