Buyer Left Negative Feedback



Hello, I want some information regarding negative feedback. Buyer left negative feedback as he wasnt know about fiverr sytem and thought i close his order after 3 days and now he wont get his selected logo design. But now he inbox me and i did his modifications he liked my work and got his logo

Now the Question is

Can i ask him that it wasn't my fault for whcih i got this negative feedback?

can buyer change his feedback asfter contacting to CS?

Can i contact CS and clear the situation?
