Gig complete but did not reply back to me

here the situation my gig ws completed with my brand however the gig was not delivered to me and the seller did not pick up his payment.it pass delivered time, My gig is with twitter social media site /TravelaMax I have no access to it. how do I get access to my brand… my main website is www.travelamax.com I request the gig to set a twitter page with my logo… Lo and behold the twitter page is set up and the seller is no where to be found…
