Charge back after completing an Order

Hello guys..

So, this guy ordered my gig and I made sure I gave him my best. Yeah, indeed, he testified to how satisfied he was. He left a 5-star review and commented on how I have been helpful from the start and how I have provided exactly what he wanted. He even ordered my gig extras. 

But then, after about two weeks or so, I saw a notification saying Fiverr CS has cancelled the order. This was without a prior notification from the buyer. Immediately, I contacted the buyer himself (luckily, he was online), but he didn't say a word, I dropped about 3 messages, none was responded to by this buyer. 

I was just curious to know why he cancelled the order without telling me what I did wrong. It's perplexing.

That's disheartening. Thanks a lot. I'll contact the CS asap
