She was late by about 12 days, so I gave her a negative review.She had some issues and went to the hospital. She finished her work and it was excellent. How do I update her review ? If you go to the order (you can pull it up from “shopping” then find “completed orders”), hold your cursor over your review & see if you see the option to change it. I think you have 3 days to make a change. So the only other way is to contact Fiverr customer support & see if they can help you change it. It still may be too late for them to do that, too.
