problem with withdrawal, where is my money??

A few weeks ago I made  a withdrawal with a bank transfer and an error occurred, in the Fiverr application it appears as if the payment had arrived to Payoneer, but Payoneer has no record and they do not have the bank movement. I do not know what to do. from My Support Requests of fiverr they only tell me that they will contact the relevant team but I have been waiting a week 😞 I have several pending charges that I cannot collect and it is not a small amount there are more than 1500 dollars

is there another way to contact fiverr?
Has this happened to someone? I'm desperate

If you've already submitted a ticket, though, STAY IN THAT ONE. Opening a new ticket will not help you, and could get you in trouble.
