Unable to connect Fiverr to Payoneer

Unable to connect Bank transfer after clicking on the link received in the email. Pasted interface is shown when I click on the received link in the email. instead of Payoneer login page the attached interface is shown which is error.
Anyone have idea how to resolve this issue?
