Upwork request

I've been here for a year and still having a hard time getting clients for my gig. All I get are these upwork stuff. Talking about wanting to "create and use your upwork account to grow my online business."
I do not know what to do or even how to respond when I'm trying to get clients and this is all I get when someone messages me.

Glanced at your profile. Might want to take a closer look at the framing of your samples. Anyone browsing Fiverr will judge you on how your images display in thumbnail format, and first impressions are important.
