Fiverr use to be good and now I hardly get any gigs. What is going on?

I have been on this platform since 2013 and I use to get a lot of orders and I was a level 2 seller! This changed the way they worked I went down to level 1 and the platform became saturated and now I hardly get any gigs. It is really frustrating! What can I do? I now specialise in Youtube related things like banners and thumbnails etc as the writing stuff I was doing saw a decline in views over time with the changes on the platform.

In my opinion , the best thing you can do is make sure your gig is well written, attractive and to the point, plus provide the best possible service you can to the buyer. Be polite, be trustworthy, and provide what you say you will provide in a timely manner. Respond to customers as soon as you can and always try to be professional in the way you deal with people. Also, make good use of buyer requests. If you do all of this you should hopefully see an upturn in orders. I wish you the best of luck!

I do all of this! Sadly not really getting the orders I hoped for!

I have experienced a lull in orders several times over the years. They always came back eventually, although I have tried various different things to try and shake things up a bit. I revise my gigs regularly, I take Fiverr courses to improve my skills and profile, and sometimes I add a new gig. I also promote my gigs when I get the chance. I think you can't expect to have sales all of the time when there are so many sellers; you can only do your best.
