Can I contact buyer on zoom after he deposits money in Fiverr?

It will be my first order. Please advise. I asked buyer to give money to Fiverr. If he deposits money, can I talk to him on zoom etc. I will be helpful if I can talk with him for hours. I think Fiverr does not have facility for talking. I tutor students so talking is very convenient.
