My client want to cancel order

It seems more likely that the person suffered from "buyer regret" rather than suddenly not needing the order. Fortunately, you said that the cancellation request came only after a few minutes, so you likely haven't put much work into the order.

It's probably a good idea to contact CS about the cancellation request so that your order completion rate doesn't get hammered for accepting it. You can't force a buyer to accept an order they no longer want, but at least this happened early enough that it wasn't a substantial waste of time and effort.

-Oh, and you'll probably want to block the buyer from purchasing from you again since they are so wishy washy.
