Does gig need to be active for video to be processed?

My video Ii taking time to process, I read on here that a gig needs to be active before the Fiverr support team review the gig video.

Is this true?

Not necessarily. A gig video can be approved whether the gig is active or paused but I'm not sure as to whether active gig videos are placed on a higher review priority than paused gigs.

If your gig video remains under review for over 24 hours, it's a good idea to contact CS and inquire about the delay.
