New account is better for ranking?

My Fiverr account was created in 2020. I have not been able to get gig rank despite doing everything I can. People say that Fiverr prefers new accounts over old accounts. Is that true? Should I close my old account and create a new one?

 So your old account was also new at some point. So if it didn’t work with this account why do you think it will work with new account but same gigs? 
It’s the same as thinking that changing your old laptop to a new one will somehow bring you more orders 🤷‍♀️

I also stay in my 3rd account, but in my experience 1st account is very very effective 😔
