Hello, I have a seller that is refusing to use the data I sent him for a project is there a way I can get a refund as quick as possible?

It will depend on the context: did you give him data in your original requirements or did you add that data later on in the project? Is it part of the original agreement and included in the price? Why is seller refusing it?
