Please check all criteria. Some of them are below 90℅. Try to improve it before next evaluation date.

Go to "Analytics" -> "Overview" and scroll down, you will see your all criteria.

We can’t guide you because you are the only one who can see your statistics on your dashboard. You look at it every time you open fiverr, you can see them in the same place where you see your evaluation date being in red. 
 

and you also should learn how fiverr works, this is the basic thing to know and maintain that is shown right to your face every time you open your fiverr page
