Spam box issues

Hello great people or Fiverr great freelancers am getting a issues with my inbox this day.

 

I got a faithful buyer of mine 

He order me and I deliver it to him 

So he went offline so I want to upsell from him so I message him via order page to his inbox so to tell him have deliver but to my surprise Fiverr told me they mark my message for spam box that my buyer won't see it 😢 someone help me

You are breaking the Fiverr Terms of Service. Not just concerning unsolicited messaging, but also by contacting them outside of Fiverr.
