How to add skill test result on skills section after finishing a test?

I have taken a test named "Fiverr English Test". After that when I clicked add new from the skills section and search for "Fiverr English Test". But there was no skill named like this. Do you have any idea, how can I add "Fiverr English Test", so it will appear like Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator with a green tick mark?

Okay. Now I got the solution to my issue. There is 2 test in the test section. One is, 

Quote

English Language

and the other is

Quote

Fiverr English Test

 If I want to show this in my Skills section with a green tick mark, I have to complete the English Language test and set "English Language" as a skill by clicking add new button.

You need to add it as "English Language"
