I can see you only have two gigs, you can upload more, minimum six gigs you should upload. Once you'll upload more gigs, you'll get more impression & clicks, this will increase order receiving chance a lot. Don't forget to bid on buyer request, this is one of the best way to get more orders for beginners. You should check buyer request page regularly, otherwise you can't see enough buyer requests. Do SEO on your gigs and make it search engine optimized. And finally, be good at communication with buyers, try to manage. If you are not a good communicator, buyers not will order you because they always find someone who actually authentic from all side.

The above is from your gig package description.  Suggest you remove the word "mediocre" and replace it with something more positive.

The word means "not very good" and will put many buyers off.

They will just move on to buy from someone else.
