It has no minimum and maximum time. But of course you have to be active for a long time. Once you come online, you can go offline again. This cannot be done. 5 to 6 hours per day is very good.

Zero. You don’t have to stay online to get orders. It’s more inportnant what you are doing and what actions you are taking to build your business and your brand rather than just pressing “refresh” button. 
pressing “refresh” button to stay online never ever brought anyone success.
