Buyer can't send messages

Hi! I've got a problem with a buyer.

We have amazing transaction and interaction in the past. But somehow, they (1 person) can't send me any message nor ordering my service.

 

I'm afraid i accidentally clicked report/spam button after searching for similar problem on google. But there's no unspam button. What can possibly cause this?

P.s. they can still recieve my message but they can't sent me any message

if you accidentally clicked on "report/spam" and you are not sure if you did. then why don't you talk to Fv support about these issues? because they autocrat this platform.
