My client's want a developer for his new app now he is asking me for a reference. So can I share any Fiverr's freelancer gig link with him in the chat box?

Yes, you're allowed to provide a link to other Fiverr Sellers. Are you certain the other Seller can do the work? Personally I'd probably check with the Seller first just in case.

Sure, you're allowed to recommend other sellers.

However, it might be a good idea to check with the seller you want to recommend whether they think they can do that job and whether they want you to recommend them to that buyer.
