Client was not able to complete payment so job could not start



Hi everyone, I got a message from a client and when it was time for me to send him a custom offer, he said that he was getting "error" and he couldn't make payment. I told him to order straight from my gig package and he said it was the same thing. Does anyone know what's going on?

He should contact his bank or the customer service. Trying another payment method could work.

The issue is on his side, so I think you should just wait for him to solve it. If he offers to pay you outside of Fiverr, don't accept it. Good luck!
