I’m just curious: how are offering a service and you don’t even know what you are offering? That’s kind of a basic detail in book cover design….

Yes, I wondered that too. It seems that if a seller is considering services related to books, that seller should know the parts of a book!

Fiverr sellers are required to be able to communicate in English.

If you have trouble understanding the very basic terms in your own industry, you might find it very difficult to do anything on Fiverr. I'm not saying this to be mean; it's just that, if buyers can choose between a cover designer who can easily communicate in English, and another one who struggles to understand what needs to be done, they will choose the one who speaks English well.
