You can change your profile pic anytime, but don't use some non authentic photo, I used dexter cartoon photo and it was removed.

Very true. If you get clicks but no orders the Fiverr Algorithm thinks that buyers do not like your gigs and then your gig will go to the back pages of the search. Clicks are not as important as orders!
