Thumbs down from buyer after two months

I just got a thumbs down from a buyer who purchased one of my videos TWO MONTHS AGO no reason was given and there was no correspondence from the buyer in that two month time. No expression of discontent. My 100% rating just went down. I wrote to the buyer to find out why after two months he did that. Is there anything else I can do?
