From bad to a good Experience from the buyer in order.

Hello
I am Rezaur Rahman, I have been working in Fiber for 2.5 years. I had a very good experience with the buyer a few days ago, let me explain. One of my clients was a little angry about my work, he wanted to say that I did not do what he needed. He wants to cancel the order. We know that order cancellation is not a good solution because we also know that it will affect our profile and gig rankings. I then give him a brief message and accept a new opportunity and finally reject his cancellation request. I worked again and finally, he is very satisfied and give me a 5-star review. I just want to say don't panic and be impatient in any situation.
