Multiples and Extras

Hello Fiverr Family,



I have looked around on the forum to get clarification on this issue, but I must not be looking in the right place. Maybe someone can help me.



A potential buyer messaged me today with the following feedback:



"I have a gig for you but I’m not sure how to order it. It 267 words all together so that’s 3 gigs. I clicked the order button and selected 3 gigs. I would also like to have you add your own music to it so I checked that box but then it changed my order back to 1.



Then I read more of your info and found the button at the bottom of the page. I clicked that Order button but could only select a quantity of 1.



This is my first time using Fiverr so I’m not sure of the correct process. Please direct me on how to order 3 gigs plus background music."



Can someone tell me is this a glitch or is it just not possible to place an order for multiples and extras? That would seem counter intuitive, but I just want to know before I reply to this seller.

Hey, thanks so much! I appreciate you clarifying this for me. :o) I really wish that the ordering process was easier for buyers. It really does complicate the whole process and hinders the whole flow of things.
