Drawing not delivered

Hi

I am writting this message in a very short text just to find out where and how I can solve this issue.

In November 2021 I asked for total drawing for building permission, detailed drawing, 3D. El and pip and constructions maping.

The project was delayed because that lady told me have private issue and I postphoned all to show understanding. She promised that she will do all unlimited to get the proces come to end.

I have not got any piece of work which was sufficient. I showed these work to major office and they found that little fuld of faul and errors.

I return to her to just make the 3D and despite in 3 weeks she is sending it still nothing has come to my hand.

I think firstly the money never should be released before this service ask buyer if they are satisfied for the work until now.

Now I have loosed alot of money with no work done.

Please tell me how I can go further in this proces. Can trust pilot be useful?

Orders are not completed unless you accept the delivery or you don’t take any actions for 3 days after delivery. 
 

it’s been 3 months since your order. When was your order completed? What did seller send in the delivery?
