Order message disappeared- has this happened to anyone else?

Hello everyone. A few days ago I wrote out a detailed and somewhat convoluted revision request, attached some images, and submitted it. I saw it pop up as sent, and went back to work on other tasks. A few days passed and I saw that the order had been autocompleted, and when I checked the order my most recent message was simply not there anymore and it did not seem the seller had seen it at all. Has anyone else experienced this?

I am not worried about the order being completed, I reached out to the seller through our inbox messages to get it sorted out, but it was quite confusing and delayed things by several days without my being aware of it. Just curious to know if this is just a rare aberration or something I should be on the lookout for moving forward. Thanks
