I want my money back in my bank account. Not the app. I'd like to know how this works and if it doesn't I'll just sue because this is fucking lame. Not direct contact in the app or outside of the app. It's terrible.

Ah I love this attitudes of during everything and everyone especially when you signed a contract without reading. 
 

Fiverr clearly states that all funds are returned to your account not to your payment provider. Al you need to do now is to go to help page and press green “contact” button and ask support to withdraw your funds from your account to your original payment provider. 
That’s it.

Please next time also read terms that you signed before shouting and threatening to sue everyone, that just looks 🥴

Use the money in your account to find another seller. I'm sure you can find someone willing and capable.

I agree. A lot of sellers and buyers don't read the rules, then they expect special treatment and also an adequate explanation from others. Reading the terms of service is so simple, yet few people do it.
