Can anyone advice me what to do with this buyer?

I’m a seller, and I’m getting trouble with a buyer. So, I seek for your help if you had experiece on this issue.



My buyer order me a cartoon drawing ($5), after I deliver (I assure the drawing’s quality is high and exceed what a basic $5-order should have), after he receive the file, he says that it’s not like what he expected and want to cancel (if I don’t cancel, I strongly believe that he will destroy my gig by thump down). He also don’t want me to revise even, only want to cancel!



What should I do now? he wants a free work!

also, now he says that he expect the drawing to be like another seller’s drawing (which is $15, not $5).

Just wondering what to do with this kind of buyer, there is no “report” button anymore

I would chose to let him leave thumb down, and give him back a thumb down, explaining the situation in the reply so your order buyer could understand.

Of course you can also contact customer support, but that takes time (maybe a lot)

I would let him cancel. It’s only $4 you lose and mutual cancelations can no longer effect your rating. That way you can just put it behind you and forget him.

Thanks, I did as you said. What I really wanted to do is to report him (but can not), not because the only-$4-bulk, but because the bad behavior.
