Buyer Purchased Gig...But Really Wants Something Different

Newbie here...

A buyer purchased a gig, but what they want is really not in the gig. For instance, they purchased "business card" but they want a letterhead design and include the Word and PDF version plus source files (paid extra for that). So if they already made the purchase, how do I send a custom offer for what they really want me to do?

On the order page, in the section where you write messages to Buyer, there is the option to "Offer more extras." You can use it to add custom extras to the existing order.
