get in touch with your buyers that purchase frequently with you

This could be viewed as spam to some buyers. If they did not initiate the conversation, it's a bad idea to hit them up asking them if they have any work available. You might have done it in the past successfully, but it only takes one buyer to click that spam button for you to get a warning. Is it worth the risk?

As I said you can only do that with buyers that buy with you frequently.

It doesn't matter if you've done frequent business with them or not, if they feel like marking it as spam they will. If your message doesn't relate to an ongoing order, you are violating the terms of service by contacting a buyer first.

@j6nyc6 Is written in your screenshot the last line: not contact them "IF IS NOT related to their gig or Orders". This means that you can contact them if your message is regarding their orders, so yes you can contact them to see if is all okay with the files or if they need some help with the material.

When the order is completed it's done. They receive what they paid for, you received a cash payment. Any other message you send down the road is unsolicited, especially when follow up with "let me know if you got any more work for me." Remember OP wants to know how to get more orders, and you suggested contacting frequent buyers. You didn't say contact frequent buyers to see how their previous order are going. You told them to contact previous buyers to get more sales.

It's fine if you want to take that direction and feel safe doing so, but others who don't know any better shouldn't hold your advice over the rules.

Let's agree to disagree and leave it at that. Best of luck.

Try to send out maximum offers out. Also take absolute advantage of Promoted Gigs option. There are always ups and downs along the way so be positive all the time. Keep your self in touch with latest trends and techs. You are on a better position already so things will definitely turn better if you keep on pushing yourself. Good Luck.
