If you have no idea about the basic function of the platform on which you are selling services, I highly recommend you learn that before branching out with your marketing.  Fiverr has many resources you should be studying to learn the system.  Start with the TOS.

There is no best platform. It depends where your audience is and where you have the biggest reach/following.

I'm not sure if it's allowed since I'm only a buyer but not a seller, but perhaps uploading a Youtube video of your Fiverr gig and post a link to your Fiverr page in the video description could bring attention.
