thunderseason
I am about to start a photoshop gig where the idea is to replace the faces of actors/characters in movie or game posters with the ones provided by the buyer. Since the posters and characters themselves are copyrighted by their respected owners, is it ok to do this?I would just be selling the service of photoshoping the requested content into these posters or images, NOT the posters or images themselves, and the same would be stated in bold letters on the gig page. celticmoon
You should read the Fiverr Terms of Service. The way I interpret them, you can’t use images, video or audio in your gig or to advertise your gig unless you hold full copyright or licensing permission to use those things.
