Frustrating. Bid is not happening today. Anyone facing same issue?

Repeating bidding on buyers' requests, but the bids didn't take place. Only 1 bid successfully happened. Look at the image. You can see 0 offers to these requests.
On some of these, I wrote offers and submit, but it didn't happen. Frustrating actually.
