Order auto-completed - Can buyer still give feedback?

Hi guys,

So I received a buyer who might have come into existence for an alternative universe asked me for a MASSIVE amount of revisions. The order got marked auto-completed but the buyer's revision loop didn't end until now. Now they claim that they can't find an Rating & Review option there. Is there a time duration to give a feedback? Or they're really missing something?

Buyer has 10 days after the order is marked as completed to leave a review. They won't be able to leave one past that time period.

Not every buyer leaves you a review. Many don't do it at all.

After the completion of the order, a buyer has 10 days to leave a review. After the 10 day period, they won't be able to leave a review.
