I know some point along our Fiverr journal, we will get outsourced from a middle man/ agency.  I don't mind being outsourced , but the most frustrated part is that, buyer request for a revision, because they need to wait for their client. And this take forever, and most likely, the buyer will come back with other changes that wasn't even mentioned before the start of the order.

So how do I response to the buyer?

Any kind soul willing to share any copy and paste template that I can send to these type of buyer, without being aggressive and trying to be professional. Thanks haha

Hey,
thanks for the fast response. I kindly ask you not to use the "Revision Button" if a) there is currently no actual request to change anything and b) to extend the deadline. Fiverr gives each buyer 3 days to review the project and request a revision if necessary.

As stated on my gig page I do not offer unlimited revisions. My package includes XX (insert number here) free revisions that can be used in this case. After using them up, additional revisions can be purchased to proceed working on the project.

I ask for your understanding, but if there is a delay between you and your client, it does not affect the original agreement between you and me. Please do not use the revision button at this point to extend the time anymore. Thank you.

If there are any further problems after that, you can also explain that you will otherwise contact Fiverrs Customer Service, because he is using the revision button incorrectly and not for the intended purpose. I wouldn't recommend working with resellers at all as what you experience is pretty common. They often know nothing about the technical process of a project and then promise their client things that were not agreed and discussed with you. And if their customer then causes problems, they try to blame the whole thing on you.
