Price visible by the customer is different when I create a customer offer

When I creat a customer offer, Why when I put 1000$, when I validate, the price visible to the customer is only 941€ ?

I should point out that it is not a question of exchange rate because when I convert 1000 dollars into euros I get 897.03€. 

This is a big problem for me because when I negotiate a price with the client I would like to be able to create a customer offer that corresponds to the price, without having to make complicated calculations so that the right amount is displayed...

Because you use dollar sing and customer use Euro sing that's why the value change and customer see with the fiverr service charge not.
