Withdrawal methods are Paypal, Payoneer, Fiverr Revenue Card, Bank transfer, direct deposit.

As you're from bangladesh so mostly you have only 1 legal payment provider solution "Payoneer"
So bank account name mismatch with fiverr name is not an issue. But if you want to withdraw from payoneer to your bank account then Payoneer account name and your bank account name must be same.
