how to get promoted gig option

 I applied multiple times for fiverr promoted gig option form past few months but still waiting for this option. Even i am fulfilling the promoted gig eligibility criteria.

There is a form to request this option?  I was not aware of that.  Per the support articles and my success manager, these are the criteria: Fiverr Help and Education Center

And even after I met the published criteria, it took some time for me to meet whatever their hidden criteria was before I was able to promote a gig.
