Not ready yet to mark order as complete

inespee

Question

So I've just received a few orders that I made with different sellers.
I need my client to verify that everything is fine, but I won't get a reply from them for a few days.
Fiverr tells me that the order will soon be automatically marked as complete, however I might still need revisions if my client is not happy with them.

Is there a way to leave the order as incomplete for now until I have confirmation from my client?
None of the options that are available really fit with my reason. 🤔

Its helpful to communicate with your seller(s). Most sellers will be reasonable and understand your situation and work with you to extend it for a couple of additional days.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if it was something they could do or not. 🙂
I requested it through the Resolution Centre and asked the sellers if that was okay with them (and gave my reasoning of course) and they were all fine with it. 😊

I don't think extending the delivery time will stop it auto-completing 3 days after the delivery though. But it would help if they haven't yet delivered, so it doesn't get set to late.

You could ask the seller if they could send further revisions through the inbox if it auto-completes and you still need a revision and you still have >0 free revisions left.
