I need help with fiverr ID account verification

I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO VERIFY MY ID FOR DAYS NOW, EVEN WITH THE LINKS SENT TO ME, EACH TIME I CLICK TO UPLOAD MY ID CARD AND PICTURE, THE PAGE REFUSES TO LOAD, WHAT COULD BE THE REASON, SOMEONE SHOULD PLEASE ASSIST ME ON THIS

Have you tried all the normal stuff like using multiple browsers, clearing cache, etc.? 

Are you following the instructions thoroughly and not trying to upload a photo or document in an incorrect format?

Incorrect.  If you check the forums you will see people from all over the globe and all walks of life making the same comment.
