Please allow users to change their username

Hello, I've been running a pretty successful fiverr page for about a year and a half and now I'd like to expand my business and create a studio. Today I learned that it's impossible to change one's username on fiverr. On support you suggest us to create a new account? How is that a sollution? I'm going to drop my already successful account for a new one just to change the name? What sense does that make?

The problem is that now I'm starting a team to work with me, and my username isn't adequate for a team name.
You say on support that the username is a unique id, then why just not create a "Display name" that people can change? I don't mind that my username remains the same if I could change the name that is displayed.
