Fraud users

Hi I’m new on fiverr. I love work on Computer. I have suffer from some fraud user’s. I have paid security fee and started my first project but it was fake. I have worked too hard but i have didn’t recieve the payment. End of the project they have request to recieve the payment but i have not paid. Can please someone help me to find how i trust the buyer’s.

A buyer orders, pays, and then you deliver.

If you bypass this you will have worked for free.

You may want to read Fiverr's Terms of Service to learn how Fiverr is meant to work. That way you'll also be able to recognize (not always, but in many cases) when someone is trying to scam you.

Apologies, but your post isn't clear to me. Are you a seller who delivered work but did not get paid? Did you request the payment, or the buyer?

Always, ALWAYS get an order confirmed before starting and delivering your work to a buyer. Otherwise, you leave yourself wide open to be taken advantage of. A good buyer would never expect completed work to be delivered before an order and payment has been made to Fiverr.

I am honestly a bit confused here.

As a seller on Fiverr you don't have to pay anything. Buyers come to you, place an order, pay and then receive what you have made. The PDF mentions Ezoic, which is a completely different platform and service. Whatever you may have paid is not on Fiverr, any buyer requesting YOU to pay is definitely against what Fiverr is for.

Your post and explanations aren't very clear, but it seems to me that you still don't really know how Fiverr actually works?

I just downloaded the pdf you attached. This is the first page. Looks totally professional, no doubt. For someone to fall for something looking like this, I'm sorry to say, but they are too dumb to be a freelancer.
